Set Up Lead – OrmcoWe are looking for a Setup Lead to join our Digital Design Team. You will help support the rapid growth of the Spark and Digital Orthodontic business unit of Envista. The Setup Lead will assist the Clinical Performance leader and the Design supervisor in overseeing designers’ daily production and quality.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesRegularly use LEAN tools such as Daily Management and Kaizen (5S, Standard Work, Kanban, etc.)Maintain high quality standards and compliance with designersAssist 10‑15 designers in improving production and qualityAnswer questions about case setup, treatment goals, bite settings, software tools, and doctor comments (as needed)Help prioritize and manage the design case queueAssist with communication between designers and support teams (Clinical, Anatomy, Customer Support, Supervisor, Other design leads)Follow up on designers' open ticketsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent formal educationMinimum 1 year of experience in a similar positionProficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal and written English skills and interpersonal skillsLanguage requirements determined by the region the Setup Lead will supportPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience as a lead or administratorAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsHigh quality and production ratings from Spark DesignEmployment type: Full‑timeSeniority level: Not ApplicableLocation: Madrid, Community of Madrid, SpainSalary: €23,000–€25,000 annuallyOrmco is a global leader and innovator of high-quality orthodontic products and solutions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
