We believe that only when a brand generates culture responsibly through innovation, circular materiality and conscious design can it become a true cult brand.The RoleThis is a hands‑on role where your spatial storytelling, sustainability mindset and ability to inspire others will be key to delivering outstanding work. You will lead projects from concept through production to delivery—combining design innovation with circular material strategies and placing as much emphasis on environmental impact as on aesthetic excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of ephemeral spaces, pop‑ups, installations, event architecture and commercial interiors.Integrate sustainable design solutions, circular materiality and innovative production methods into all projects.Produce renderings that clearly communicate spatial concepts, mood and brand narrative.Guide material selection, lighting, texturing and detailing to meet creative and environmental standards.Develop technical drawings, manufacturing details and assembly plans for production partners.Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders with clarity and impact.Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering creativity, technical skill and professional growth.Required Skills & MindsetDegree in Spatial Design, Retail Design, Interior Architecture, Industrial Design, Ephemeral Architecture or similar.Minimum 5 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio.Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering (SketchUp, Rhino, V‑Ray or equivalent).Strong proficiency in 2D technical drawings and floorplan layouts (AutoCAD, Vectorworks or equivalent).Proven ability to craft immersive brand‑driven spatial stories.Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, sustainable design principles and circular material innovation.Leadership, communication and collaboration skills.Great attention to detail, delivering on both creative vision and technical precision.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience with brand environments, installations or immersive cultural projects.Fluency in Spanish; English and Catalan are a plus.Interested?Send us your portfolio, CV and a short note on why you would like to join us.ImportantDue to high application volume, only candidates with relevant experience in ephemeral, commercial and brand‑driven spatial design will be contacted.We are looking for someone to start ideally in January 2026.Key SkillsMechanical Design, Layout Design, CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Creo, Sheet Metal, Drafting, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Adobe InDesignEmployment Type: EmployeeExperience: yearsVacancy: 1#J-18808-Ljbffr
