· Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.· Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.· Education in Architect/ Technical Architect, Engineer or similar.· 5 years’ experience in a similar position.· 8 years’ experience in the construction sector.· Essential knowledge of CTE and standards/regulations· Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline· Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.· Communication skills and management of multidisciplinary work teams.
