This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong execution skills and strategic insight to lead key initiatives in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across key business areas, as well as external partners (including vendors, service providers, and technology suppliers). As IT Lead, you will be responsible for all ICT-related matters at the local level, ensuring alignment with global strategies. Reporting directly to the global ICT function, you will coordinate both corporate and local projects, ensure seamless integration of business requirements, and serve as the primary point of contact for ICT needs across commercial and manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage ICT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and corporate strategies. Manage the ICT budget, covering vendor relationships, licensing, procurement, and maintenance, in coordination with local and global management. Plan, coordinate, and execute local and global ICT projects, securing timely delivery and efficient resource allocation. Manage local ICT operations — including SAP systems, and EDI integrations, servers, communications, helpdesk, user equipment — ensuring reliable day‑to‑day performance and providing hands‑on support when needed. Foster effective communication and collaboration between local teams and the global ICT organization. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices at the country level. Who Are You? Education and Knowledge Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant IT certifications and a strong technical expertise in SAP, Microsoft technologies, Networking, Cybersecurity, and integrations. Familiarity and curiosity with emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and automation. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must (minimum C1 level in English). Experience Experience of 6-8 years in a similar role within a global organization. Proven experience in ICT project management and coordination, monitoring systems and applications. Experience working in projects with corporate IT governance, digital transformation, and cybersecurity best practices. Very desirable expertise in data governance and integrations (e.g., ad hoc, EDI, Mulesoft). What Do We Offer?
