You will design and optimise pricing models across all our business areas (Transactional, Visibility, Pro, and Motor) to help us build a sustainable and data-driven monetisation engine. Your work will shape how millions of users interact with Wallapop’s ecosystem every day, ensuring our prices create value for both our customers and our business. This role sits within Operations and collaborates closely with Business Owners, Product Managers, Finance, and Data Science teams.What You Will DoDesign and execute experiments to test pricing hypotheses, elasticity, and user response across different product lines.Build data-driven models to predict the impact of pricing changes on conversion, take rate, and revenue.Develop and optimise pricing strategies for Shipping and Protection fees, Visibility promotions, and Wallapop Pro subscriptions, driving incremental revenue and customer value.Partner with business and product stakeholders to establish clear testing roadmaps, define success metrics, and prioritise experiments based on impact and feasibility.Analyse transactional data and user behaviour to uncover monetisation opportunities. Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and business cases.Work closely with Product, Finance, and Data Science to align pricing with product strategy, improve monetisation models, and deliver cohesive user experience.What We’re Looking For2‑3 years of experience in pricing, analytics, strategy, or monetisation roles, ideally within digital platforms, marketplaces, or tech companies.Ability to demonstrate good judgement in ambiguous circumstances.Data‑driven and pragmatic approach, with an advanced level of experience working with large data‑sets and using data visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).Experience with financial modelling and the ability to build robust business cases.Structured approach to experiment design and A/B testing, with a focus on measuring elasticity and revenue impact.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of aligning with cross‑functional teams and influencing decision‑making.Business proficiency in English. Spanish is a plus.What Would Be A PlusExperience in consumer marketplaces, classifieds, or subscription‑based business models.All our jobs are Barcelona based. We follow a hybrid model where flexibility rules. We commit to a minimum of 6 days per month in the office.
