Revenue Analyst At Tennium we are looking for an experienced, proactive and talented Revenue Analyst to join our Ticketing area. Will be responsible for monitoring ticket sales performance, configuring ticketing platforms according to pricing strategies, and ensuring revenue optimization across all distribution channels. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of ticketing systems, sales dynamics, and pricing models. ABOUT THE ROLE Analyse ticket sales data, pricing trends, and market demand to identify opportunities for revenue growth. Develop forecasting and dynamic pricing models based on historical data and demand projections. Identify opportunities to optimise revenue through pricing strategies, segmentation and promotional campaigns. Configure ticketing platforms and systems according to the defined pricing and sales strategy before each event or release. Participate in planning release schedules and price communication strategies. Continuously monitor revenue against budget and targets. Collaborate with the marketing team in defining sales campaigns, promotions and bundles (tickets + merchandising, hospitality, etc.). Provide insights into customer behaviour and purchasing trends to improve the fan experience and profitability. Design dashboards and performance reports (ticketing KPIs, occupancy, revenue, yield, conversion, etc.). Support technical and operational coordination of ticketing during events, including platform adjustments, capacity management, and sales team supervision. Present conclusions and executive recommendations to management and key stakeholders. Keep key performance indicators up to date for data-driven decision making. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR +3 years of experience in revenue analysis, pricing or data analytics, ideally in sectors such as entertainment, sports, tourism, hospitality or transport. Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics or similar. Additional training in Revenue Management, Data Analytics or Business Intelligence will be valued. Previous experience in ticketing or direct-to-consumer (B2C) environments will be highly valued. Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Knowledge of SQL or database tools. Understanding of dynamic pricing models and demand elasticity. Experience with ticketing platforms. Excellent verbal and written Spanish and English required. Willing to travel.
