We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale an AI-driven aircraft engine optimisation platform that delivers measurable financial and operational outcomes. This role is firmly focused on value-led product management, using agile principles to prioritise what matters most and turn complex optimisation capability into real-world impact. What you'll do Own the product vision and roadmap, grounded in clear value hypotheses and measurable outcomes Apply genuine product management practices to prioritise work, iterate rapidly, and maximise delivered value Scale optimisation capability across multiple aircraft engine types, maintaining strong technical and operational credibility Drive EBIT and cost savings through data-led decisions and outcome-based delivery Align engineering, data science, and operational stakeholders to ensure sustained adoption and value realisation What you'll bring Proven experience as a value-driven Product Manager, operating in a true agile environment Strong background in AI-enabled or data-driven products; aviation maintenance experience highly desirable, as is predictive maintenance in a heavy engineering xohynlm setting such as rail, energy, marine, automotive or energy Deep understanding of how to translate complex optimisation models into usable, high-impact products Excellent stakeholder influence skills across technical, operational, and executive audiences A delivery mindset with a track record of turning strategy into measurable business results Hybrid Working Barcelona Freelance or staff positions considered
