OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join a cutting-edge project focused on developing and improving computational tools and platforms for the integrative analysis of genomic data.The goal is to advance our understanding of genome function, 3D genome structure, and evolution, by developing:New algorithms for multi-omic data integrationScalable, reproducible and user‑friendly computational platformsTools for the analysis and storage of genomic, epigenomic, structural and functional data from model and non-model speciesThis is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of computational biology, AI, high-performance computing, climate change and biodiversity, contributing to innovative digital solutions with applications in agriculture, livestock and aquaculture.ResponsibilitiesNew algorithms for multi-omic data integrationScalable, reproducible and user‑friendly computational platformsTools for the analysis and storage of genomic, epigenomic, structural and functional data from model and non-model speciesWhat We OfferResearch in collaboration with Conexión GENOMA groups, including short research stays in partner labs across SpainResearch stay in a private companyA comprehensive training program including digital skills and soft‑skills courses (220 ECTS)#J-18808-Ljbffr
