Join us in shaping the future of energy.**Job Summary:**The Sr. Project Manager will report to and support the Director of Project Management and Construction to deliver wind, solar, and battery storage projects on schedule and within budget. The Sr. Project Manager will focus on identifying and managing project risks, lead efforts to track and reforecast project budgets, provide updates on the overall project economics and provide technical support through late-stage development and construction.**The position is based in Downtown Houston with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.****Key Responsibilities:*** Oversee day to day efforts of diverse project teams with a focus on identifying and mitigating cost and schedule risk.* Implement and improve project management tools that directly impact, and drive business decisions related to the project schedule and budget.* Responsible for the overall creation, tracking, updating, and reporting of project schedules and progress.* Coordinate with relevant internal support teams and project analysts to track and complete monthly project budget reforecasts and update project economics.* Responsible for weekly maintenance and reporting on project progress reports.* Assist technical team members with evaluating change order claims and proposing a path forward regarding timely responses and settlement.* Lead project due diligence process for project financing including technical support as well as tracking and closing open items from investors and engineering teams.* Track project lessons learned and compiling and presenting these to internal stakeholders.* Engage in RFP process for EPC partner selection and active management of EPC partners for project success.* Perform project troubleshooting, gap analysis, mitigation of threats, and project milestone timelines on utility-scale renewables projects.* Direct engagement and management of electric utility counterparts for successful project execution.* Support CAPEX estimates to aid in project prioritization and selection.* Lead the
