As pioneers in 5G technology, our Mission Critical Networks (MCN) organization is dedicated to achieving market leadership and sustaining growth across key segments. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales Mission Critical Networks (MCN) CU West Europe (Spain, France, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium and Luxembourg). Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Unit West Europe, you will be a part of the Leadership Team in West Europe and play a crucial role in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, while establishing market leadership across the key verticals of Public Safety, Railways, Utilities, Defense and 5G NTN in the CU. Key Responsibilities Position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader, grow our business and build strong customer relations. Generate profitability sales and develop long‑term business in the area of Mission Critical Networks. Apply Go‑to‑Market models and competitive commercial models and strategies. Lead with integrity the MCN Sales team to delight Mission Critical Networks customers and offer best‑in‑class solutions. Drive negotiation in both private and public procurement scenarios. Market Leadership: Identify and leverage market opportunities to establish and strengthen our leadership position within the targeted verticals. Strategic Sales Management: Drive orders booked, net sales, profitability, and cash flow, including effective management of working capital. Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and customer satisfaction. Actively contribute to the Customer Unit West Europe Leadership Team. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in key
