We’re looking for more brilliant people who love building great products, redefining success, and turning complexity into simple, elegant solutions.What Youll Be Doing Supporting day-to-day administration of equity award programmes (grants, vesting, exercises, and cancellations)Partnering with internal HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure seamless processing and record keepingMaintaining accurate data in equity management systemsSupporting financial reporting requirements, including forecasting, expense accruals, and reconciliation in collaboration with FinanceProviding data-driven insights on equity programme trends and dilution impactDeveloping clear, engaging communications and educational materials to help employees understand their equity awardsSupporting delivery of equity-focused training sessions, webinars, or FAQs for employees and managersWhat You'll Need 2+ years of relevant rewards-based corporate experienceExcellent analytical, mathematical, and data/information management skillsThe ability to address issues and devise solutions with creativity and innovationA collaborative attitude to cultivate and sustain partnerships with internal colleagues and external clientsAdvanced MS Excel or Google Sheets skillsThe ability to drive and sustain operational excellence and to develop controlsA desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving environmentThe ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesNice to have Experience in a startup, financial services, or tech environmentExperience working on a multicultural, international teamKnowledge of local, regional, and global HR/compensation practicesImportant notices for candidates Job scams are on the rise.
