En Axial Structural Solutions somos una empresa de ingeniería y fabricación que construye estructuras sobre suelo y seguidores solares con sistemas de bloqueo para plantas solares y proyectos fotovoltaicos en todo el mundo. En esta oportunidad, estamos buscando cubrir una posición clave de Office Manager. ¿Además de garantizar el funcionamiento eficiente, organizado y fluido de la oficina, apoyando a la dirección y a los equipos para que puedan centrarse en sus funciones principales. ¿Porque ofrecemos la posibilidad de explorar una variedad de temas y estar en constante aprendizaje y formación (interna y externa) gracias a la diversidad de nuestros departamentos y perfeccionamiento constante (idiomas, competencias, ERPs, etc.) Esto asegura una experiencia enriquecedora y desafiante. Qué debes tener para que hagas un match perfecto con este puesto? ~ Formación Profesional (FP) de grado medio o superior en áreas de: -Administración y Finanzas -Gestión Administrativa Conocimiento y experiencia en Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Conocimiento y experiencia con Herramientas de gestión (ERP, CRM, software de RR. Inglés Alto (se hará prueba de nivel) Experiencia demostrable superior a 5 años ¿Preparación de reuniones: documentación, presentaciones, informes. Coordinar la logística de la oficina: proveedores, suministros, mantenimiento, espacios de trabajo). Asegurar la correcta gestión administrativa del puesto; documentación, facturación básica, archivos. Apoyar a la dirección en tareas organizativas, agendas y comunicación interna. Backup del área de viajes: sustituir a la persona responsable de la gestión de los viajes del personal en su ausencia. ¿Jornada intensiva en verano Clases de idiomas (inglés, francés, italiano y portugués)
