Senior Product Designer

However, applicants must be based in Spain, Italy or France and have a work permit to be considered.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help drive the user experience and vision of our analytics and benchmarking solutions within the Metrics domain. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive, data-rich experiences that help our customers compare brand performance across media channels and regions.You’ll play a key role in helping unify the experience across Metrics products, ensuring cohesive workflows, aligning shared UI patterns, and driving a seamless experience for users navigating across related features and data.This role is ideal for a Senior IC who thrives in complex product environments, is passionate about designing with data, and wants to shape the building blocks of design at scale.ResponsibilitiesOwn the design vision and execution for the squad, leading product discovery, design, testing, and deliveryDesign experiences that help users explore, interpret, and act on complex benchmarking data—balancing flexibility, clarity, and usabilityDesign interfaces that deliver AI‑enriched data in a way that has transparency and builds trust with the userSupport the unification of experiences across Metrics products by aligning interaction patterns, workflows, and design conventionsCollaborate with PMs, engineers, data and business stakeholders to align product strategy and design executionAdvocate usage of the Launchmetrics design system to ensure a consistent experience across the product; contribute back to the system through identifying opportunities to improve design patternsContribute to design rituals and critiques within the Design Chapter, helping build a shared culture of feedback and qualityAdvocate for user needs and design quality by leveraging usage data, research, and usability feedbackDeliver organized, well‑documented Figma files that support implementation and design QAProactively present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders across departments to build alignmentMeasure the success of your work through tools like FullStory and Gainsight, and advocate for improvements based on real usageChampion design quality and product thinking across the company through critiques, rituals, and collaborationYour ProfileYou have 5+ years of experience in Product Design ideally in a B2B or SaaS environmentStrong portfolio showcasing elegant, user‑centered, and data‑informed design solutionsProven ability to lead projects and collaborate cross‑functionally with PMs, engineers, and stakeholdersUnderstanding of design systems and component‑based designYou are highly detail‑oriented—you sweat the micro‑interactions, edge cases, and logic behind every flow, because you know the small things add up to big impactExcellent communication and storytelling skills—you can rally teams around design decisionsComfortable navigating ambiguity, driving alignment, and simplifying complexityProficient in Figma and modern design workflowsExperience using emerging tools to communicate your vision and ideas as interactive prototypes, tools such as lovable, Claude Code or Figma MakeFluent in English, both written and verbalExtra credit: You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related fieldExtra credit: You have experience working in the Fashion, Lifestyle, or Beauty (FLB) industryExtra credit: You have expertise in motion design or illustration and can add that extra touch of magic to your designsRecruitment ProcessA portfolio must be provided in order to be considered for this role.
