Job OverviewAs a Project Manager in the OpenBlue Industrial Refrigeration & Heating (IR&H) team, you will lead cross‑functional digital solution deployments for industrial clients across the Globe. From early planning to full rollout, you’ll orchestrate all project phases—ensuring successful, on‑time, and on‑budget execution. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of multiple concurrent OpenBlue IR&H deployments—from planning through go‑live and stabilization. Collaborate with customer teams, JCI branches, and internal engineering to ensure alignment on requirements, deliverables, and schedules. Develop detailed project plans, track progress against milestones, and proactively mitigate risks and bottlenecks. Provide structured reporting on progress, issues, and KPIs to internal stakeholders and leadership. Ensure transparent and consistent communication throughout. Contribute to process improvements and documentation to enable scalable, repeatable project execution across regions. Ensure smooth handover to operations teams and support transition to business‑as‑usual for connected customer sites. Requirements Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project management roles, ideally in industrial, energy, automation, or digital transformation programs. Proven track record in managing complex projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. PMP or similar certification is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Skilled at creating clear, concise reports and executive summaries, distilling complex technical or operational scenarios into structured insights for diverse audiences. Self‑starter, structured thinker, and problem‑solver with a passion for innovation and digital transformation. Proficiency in project planning tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira. Familiarity with dashboards or cloud platforms is a plus. Fluent in English (essential). Spanish is beneficial. Proficiency in any additional EU language (e.g., French, German, Italian) is a strong advantage. Exposure to industrial and engineering environments is a strong plus.
