Your roleIn this role as Medical Advisor, you will represent LEO Pharma in front of the stakeholders (Doctors, Specialist, KOLs, medical institutions, etc.) as medical and scientific partner, guaranteeing a scientific actualization in Dermatology and developing the network of experts. You will also collaborate and provide support to Brand teams to develop the strategy and tactics for Dermatology products. The incumbent will co-create and support global teams and will work on the validation of the actions of the field teams. Project management (educational, scientific support, data generation) will also be part of the responsibilities. ResponsibilitiesRegarding theScientific supportfor the development and implementation of the short- and medium-term brand -medical strategy the tasks and responsibilities will be: Development of contacts with Key opinion leaders (KOLs) according to brand strategy of the Dermatology therapeutic area Verification and support on marketing/ other department materials Participate and contribute actively to business development according to brand strategy of the Dermatology therapeutic area Provide support and education to sales and marketing teams of Dermatology area Identification of potential speakers to LEO programs and ensure that they receive appropriate training and information Development of scientific sessions, meetings, projects, and publications Identification of relevant scientific opportunities and support to projects (IIS/ surveys/ etc). Work on planning and execution and appropriate clinical investigators, sites Update slide kits in line with the strategy of the brand teams of Dermatology area and business plan Prepare and provide medical training of the assigned products implementing medical-marketing strategies with a clear scientific approach and supporting marketing in the materials review Align scientific activity with the medical colleagues at country level Know and ensure the application of the current legislation and the policies and procedures of the group in his area of application LEO Values & Patient Centricity Always act according to the LEO values (integrity, customer focus, innovation, passion, adaptability), focusing its work on achieving the LEO Vision and the LEO Mission Always act putting patients at the center of everything we do, because they are our reason for being Your QualificationsTo succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: University Degree in Health Sciences (PHD is a plus) Previous experience as a Medical Advisor, MSL or in a Market Access department Previous experience in dermatology or bio dermatology will be a plus but not a must Ability to structure your work and organize your day to day working with different products Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English Contact and application.You do not need to upload a cover letter, but feel free to add a few sentences in your resume or CV on why this position has your interest.
