What your responsibilities will be Issue and review Global Quality Policies and ensure its implementation in all the sites within Biopharma Business Unit Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management practices to drive innovation and improvement Foster harmonization of Quality Systems across Biopharma sites Coordinate Global Change Controls Coordintate global suppliers qualification and performance monitoring Coordinate the implementation of electronic Quality Management Systems Coordinate global Quality projects and initiatives Coordinate global Quality working groups comprised by different key users of the sites of Biopharma Perform oversight of Quality Systems and elevate risks detected to Senior Management Evaluate new applicable regulations and ensure its timely implementation Continuous support to the Quality areas of Biopharma Who you are To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences or a related field 8-10 years of experience managing quality systems is required : change control suppliers qualification and CAPA systems.
