Join The Clean Energy Revolution As A Solar Pv Engineer In SpainBright Sunday is looking for a driven, detail‑oriented Solar PV Engineer to join our team in Spain. We’re a fast‑growing company on a mission to lower global CO2 emissions by making the switch to clean energy easy and profitable for commercial and industrial clients.In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of high‑impact Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), working closely with our international project management team and partners to deliver top‑tier, custom solar solutions.What you will be doingSolar Design Analyst: Analyzing and designing cutting‑edge PV systems, electrical layouts, wiring diagrams, and specifications that guarantee peak performance and adhere to the highest safety standards.Site Scout & Strategist: Visiting sites to assess feasibility, determine optimal panel placement, and size systems perfectly based on client energy needs and environmental factors.Fault Finder & Optimiser: Analyzing system performance data to identify issues, troubleshoot faults, and implement corrective actions that maximize energy output and ensure reliable, long‑term operation.Installation Co‑Pilot: Working hand‑in‑hand with project managers and contractors to oversee installation, commissioning new solar, and energy storage systems.Future‑Proofing: Researching the newest trends and technologies in solar and storage to continuously improve designs and processes.Documentation Keeper: Preparing essential technical reports and keeping all system documentation flawless and up‑to‑date.What you need to bringEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.Core Knowledge: Design, installation, and maintenance of commercial solar electric systems, including strong knowledge of industry standards.Software Skills: Experience with industry‑standard design tools like PVsyst and PV Sol.Bonus: Experience with energy storage systems, PRL course, work at heights course, elevator platform license, drone piloting license.Essential Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent problem‑solving abilities, great eye for detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.Driver’s License: Category B is mandatory.Language: Proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.The Bright Sunday AdvantageGrowth: Fast‑growing company with structured, hands‑on training and mentorship from experienced technical team.Culture: Dynamic, friendly, truly multicultural work environment that rewards high performers.Flexibility: Hybrid work model, balancing professional and personal life.Location: Based in Spain (prefer Madrid or Valladolid).Ready to make a difference?
