En dat alles begint met een team van gepassioneerde professionals zoals jij. Ligt jouw toekomst als Technical Service Manager op Ibiza? In de uitdagende rol als Technical Service Manager werk en woon je op Ibiza, echter ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de technische service op onze andere locaties in Spanje. Je verblijft in een Wajer appartement met collega’s uit je team of kiest voor een eigen accommodatie naar keuze. Gedurende het vaarseizoen werk je nauw samen en geef je leiding aan een team van vijf Voormannen, waarvan één de Parts-afdeling coördineert. Gezamenlijk zijn de overige Voormannen verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van ons snelgroeiende team van Service Engineers. In de wintermaanden verdeel je je tijd tussen onze winterstallingen op Ibiza en in Alicante. Zo heb je een super afwisselende job waarbij je regelmatig op diverse Wajer locaties aan het werk bent. Verantwoordelijk voor topservice en een onberispelijke vloot Bij Wajer Yachts geloven we in het bieden van een ongeëvenaarde klantervaring. De capaciteit, vaardigheden en continuïteit per hub plant en organiseer. Samen met je collega's wereldwijd zorgt voor een “Without a worry 9+ service” voor onze klanten. Sturing geeft aan externe lokale partners waar nodig. De leiding neemt op technisch operationeel vlak, inclusief warehousing. Verantwoording aflegt voor storingswerk in het vaarseizoen. De eindverantwoordelijkheid draagt voor zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud, terwijl er 70 tot 80 Wajer-jachten in de Spaanse stallingen gestald zijn. Je werkt dagelijks samen met de Areamanager Spanje om de klant een zorgeloos seizoen te geven. Uiteraard word je in je rol ondersteund en voorzien van advies en coaching door onze ManagerCareTechnicalServices, waaraan je direct rapporteert. Dit krijg je van ons Bij Wajer werk je in een dynamische en groeiende organisatie. Wat je verder van ons kunt verwachten: ⭐ Een marktconform en passend salaris tussen de €4.200 en €5.500; ⭐ Door ons betaalde gedeelde huisvesting in een huis of appartement. Ook is er de optie om een eigen accommodatie te regelen in combinatie met een maandelijkse tegemoetkoming vanuit Wajer; ⭐ Catering Als je gebruik maakt van gedeelde huisvesting dan zorgen wij dat iedere avond voor je gekookt wordt; ⭐ Jouw vlucht(en) naar Ibiza (en terug) en eventuele overige werk gerelateerde reiskosten op locatie worden door ons betaald; Kom jij in aanmerking?
