Backed by leading automotive players and recently named Fast Track Company of the Year, the company is setting the standard for sustainable mobility solutions across Europe.About the RoleAs a Customer Operations Executive, you’ll play a critical role across the full customer journey – from first contact through installation and aftercare. You’ll provide technical product support, guide customers through EV charger installations, and support the sales team with lead and CRM management. This hands‑on, customer‑facing role collaborates closely with technical, sales, and partner teams to deliver a seamless, high‑quality experience across Southern European markets.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for EV charging products to customers and installation partnersTroubleshoot product and installation issues, collaborating with engineering teams when requiredGuide customers through the EV charger installation process and monitor installer performanceManage and assign installation partners based on surveys, availability, and capacitySupport the sales team by tracking, updating, and qualifying leads in CRM systemsCreate and improve documentation to streamline customer support and reduce inbound queriesWhat We’re Looking ForFluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese and Italian, with professional proficiency in English2+ years’ experience in a customer operations, support, or technical support roleExperience working with CRM and support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or IntercomStrong communication skills with a customer‑first mindsetHighly organised, proactive, and comfortable solving complex, technical problemsExperience or strong interest in the EV charging, energy, or cleantech sector (is a strong advantage)Work EnvironmentYou’ll be based in Barcelona, working in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
