Join our team as a Junior Billing & Administrative Associate in our Madrid office and play a key role in connecting our clients with our innovative language training solutions . Key responsibilities: Oversee the registration and implementation of our language training solutions for our clients' learners, working closely with the Customer Success, Registration, and Group Lessons Teams to ensure client needs are met. Manage changes during the training period, such as credit transfers and deadline extensions, and serve as the primary point of contact for requests from clients or other internal teams.
