As a Managing Consultant in our Construction, Claims and Expert Services team, you’ll be part of our growing Madrid office, working on high-profile international disputes and collaborating with globally recognised experts across our International region. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid foundation in quantum analysis and a desire to grow within a dispute resolution environment at a global consultancy. You’ll work closely with senior experts, contribute to the preparation of expert reports, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating setting. Fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese is essential to support our diverse client base. What you will be doing: Assisting in the preparation of expert reports and supporting documentation for arbitration and litigation. Conducting detailed quantum analysis and interpreting project data to support dispute narratives. Reviewing project records and identifying key contractual and commercial issues. Collaborating with senior consultants and expert witnesses on case strategy and delivery. Liaising with legal teams and client stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements. Supporting internal initiatives including training, knowledge sharing, and business development. What we are looking for: We’re looking for motivated professionals who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a high-performing team. A degree in  quantity surveying or a construction-related discipline; additional legal qualifications are a plus. Experience in international contracting, ideally within infrastructure, energy, or major projects. Exposure to dispute resolution processes such as adjudication, arbitration, or litigation is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; familiarity with data analysis tools is beneficial. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
