Centered on data‑driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business experimentation, and data‑driven information and risk management services. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Mastercard Advisors works with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants. Our Performance Analytics associate managers are strategic leaders and data‑driven problem solvers who combine technical expertise with business insight to deliver impactful solutions. They oversee complex projects, manage client relationships, and guide internal teams to ensure successful delivery. Associate managers know how to work with large and complex datasets, leveraging big data frameworks and advanced analytics tools to build robust data models. By blending strong analytical skills with innovative thinking, they transform data into solutions that drive measurable value. Lead data‑driven initiatives across Business Intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics, ensuring solutions deliver measurable client value. Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, influencing decision‑making and aligning recommendations with business priorities. Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, including scoping, planning, execution, and quality assurance. Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a high‑performance culture and supporting career development. Ensure proper governance of project resources and repositories, maintaining version control, documentation, and accessibility. Graduate degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with strong data and analytics expertise. Minimum 5+ years of experience in data‑driven roles, including project and stakeholder management. Strong technical foundation (SQL and Python required) and ability to lead complex analytical projects. Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills in English and local office language; Expertise in automating data pipelines and managing big data workflows (Hive SQL, Hadoop, PySpark). Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and platforms like Databricks or Cloudera AI. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross‑functional teams. Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines. #
