Preventing operations leaders and engineers endlessly chasing data • One of their unique capabilities is the ability to operationalize the use of predictive AI models in real-time without a big data science staff. Their mission is to improve global health by optimizing how medicines are manufactured so that pharma and biotech companies can provide patients worldwide with the right medicine at the right time and price. We are looking for a Programme Manager who specializes in software/systems integration projects within the pharmaceutical industry. Therefore, candidates MUST HAVE a technical project management background, preferably in software or SaaS, with demonstrated experience in Life Sciences or the Pharmaceutical Industry. The Programme Manager will mentor and lead Junior Project Managers to successfully deliver project requirements. Leading project meetings, coordinating resources and project planning between internal and external stakeholders, tracking project progress/status, and managing overall project risk Developing project scopes and objectives, manage the relationship with the clients, ensure that projects are delivered on time, managing expectations with customers and ensuring their goals and objectives are met Perform risk management to minimize project risks, report, and escalate to management as needed Manage Scrum boards and Jira Roadmaps for project progress Perform Sprint meetings (Planning, Standup, Review, Retrospective) Being proactive and proposing platform improvements, work collaboratively with data scientists, quality engineers, usability experts, and clients to improve the platform and expand the range of standard solutions Experience in managing and deploying enterprise software implementations for the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry Experience in software development companies focused on external clients At least 5 years of experience leading projects within an Agile/Scrum methodology to quickly iterate and deliver value to customers. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English, French (a third language is a plus) Expertise in Jira and Google Suite Knowledge of Business Intelligence: ETL / Data Warehouse methodologies Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Lean) and management of deadlines Able to work in a team and project-oriented Competitive salary in the sector and scheduled performance/salary reviews Private Medical & Dental Insurance Internal Training & Certifications Professional development and collaborative environment Language Training Courses If you are a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager with a track record of implementing software into external clients, please email me directly.
