As aSenior Business Analyst, you will lead end-to-end analysis for high-impact financial software projects. You'll act as the bridge between stakeholders, product teams, and developers, guiding the entire lifecycle from discovery to delivery and post-go-live support. We need someone like you to help us in different fronts: Gather & Analyze Requirements. Lead discovery sessions to elicit business needs and align on objectives. Translate complex requirements into clear, structured business specifications and documentation. Model Workflows & Processes. Define and diagram current and future-state business workflows. Identify automation opportunities and process improvements. Design Conceptual Data Models. Collaborate with data architects to define and document high-level data structures. Ensure data alignment across systems during migrations or integrations. Create Mockups & Prototypes. Develop wireframes and UI mockups (using tools like Figma, or similar). Work with UX teams to validate user experience and business logic. Define Acceptance Criteria & Test Plans. Create detailed acceptance criteria and support UAT execution. Coordinate validation of functional deliverables with stakeholders. Supporting business transition and helping to establish change. Lead user training sessions and develop supporting materials. Provide hands-on support during go-live and stabilization phases. Support Agile Delivery Collaborate with Scrum teams: participate in grooming, planning, reviews, retrospectives. Write and refine user stories in JIRA/Confluence EXPERIENCE Certificate of Higher Education/University Degree/Master. 9+ years in business analysis roles, preferably within banking, fintech, or system transformation contexts. Proven track record in workflow definition, data modeling, prototyping, and training.
