Your leadership will bring poise, precision, and presence to the bar. Training Please note: this role will begin at Zuma Madrid for training prior to the season starting. Responsibilities Oversee bar operations with confidence, ensuring seamless service throughout each shift Lead and develop a high-performing bar team through training, mentoring, and daily coaching Maintain an immaculate, organised bar aligned to Zuma’s global standards Qualifications A true passion for hospitality and exceptional bar experiences Previous experience as a Head Bartender in a luxury, high-volume restaurant or bar World‑Class training Additional Information Designed to inspire and educate; Global opportunities; Experience hospitality around the globe with our five incredible brands.
