We want you to learn, to have fun, to grow and most importantly to enjoy to the fullest.If you want to be a part of a “ Great Place to work ” company ...just keep readingDescripción del empleoEstamos buscando un Project Manager QA altamente cualificado y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro dinámico equipo Como Project Manager QA, será responsable de liderar y supervisar los proyectos de garantía de calidad, asegurando la entrega de productos de software de alta calidad que cumplan con las expectativas de nuestros clientes.Coordinar y liderar el ciclo de vida del proyecto enfocado en QA desde su planificación hasta su entrega.Definir y gestionar planes de prueba funcionales y no funcionales en conjunto con los equipos de desarrollo y QA.Supervisar la correcta implementación de los estándares de calidad definidos.Asegurar la trazabilidad de los requisitos desde su definición hasta su validación.Gestionar riesgos, issues y dependencias relacionadas con la calidad del producto.Garantizar el cumplimiento de entregables en tiempo, forma y calidad.Colaborar estrechamente con stakeholders internos (negocio, IT, seguridad, cumplimiento) y externos (proveedores, desarrolladores).Elaborar reportes ejecutivos sobre el estado de avance y la calidad del proyecto.Promover prácticas de mejora continua en procesos QA dentro del ciclo Agile/DevOps.RequisitosExperiencia mínima de 5 años como Project Manager en proyectos de desarrollo de software.Al menos 3 años de experiencia en proyectos del sector bancario o financiero.Conocimientos sólidos en procesos de Quality Assurance, pruebas funcionales, automatizadas y de regresión.Experiencia gestionando proyectos bajo metodologías Agile (Scrum, Kanban).Conocimientos de herramientas como JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, Zephyr o equivalentes.Experiencia con ciclos de desarrollo CI/CD, integración de QA en pipelines.Capacidad analítica, liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y orientación a resultados.Deseable: Certificaciones PMP, PMI-ACP, ISTQB o similares.Información adicionalWhat do we have for you?Full time permanent contract23 days annual leaveContinuous training: technical and transversal skills and languages.
