Ayudamos a las empresas a tomar mejores decisiones y a trabajar de forma más eficiente, automatizada y con menos errores.Colaboramos con compañías líderes en sectores como banca, salud, retail e infraestructuras, ofreciendo soluciones de EPM, BI e inteligencia artificial aplicada al negocio, así como estrategias de datos orientadas a resultados.Buscamos un Business Development Executive con perfil hunter, capaz de generar oportunidades desde cero, establecer contactos en frío con naturalidad y activar conversaciones con decisores en entornos B2B.No se trata de vender productos de catálogo, sino de construir relaciones sólidas, detectar oportunidades reales y aportar valor con soluciones a medida.Si te motiva abrir mercado y establecer conexiones de confianza desde la primera interacción, este rol es para ti.Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia comercial para la captación de nuevos clientes.Identificar oportunidades en sectores clave y realizar su seguimiento.Calificar leads entrantes y gestionar oportunidades.Participar en webinars, ferias, eventos y actividades de networking.Colaborar con el equipo técnico para adaptar las soluciones a las necesidades del cliente.Coordinarse con marketing y partners en acciones conjuntas.Mantener actualizado el CRM corporativo (idealmente MondayCRM).Apoyar en reuniones, propuestas y presentaciones comerciales.Generar, presentar y negociar ofertas de servicios adaptadas a cada cliente.Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, ADE, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similares.Mentalidad consultiva, orientada a aportar valor y negocio.Capacidad de organización, seguimiento y comunicación clara.Experiencia de 2 años en ventas B2B o desarrollo de negocio (preferiblemente en servicios).Conocimiento de herramientas CRM (MondayCRM, valorable).Catalán y castellano nativos; inglés profesional.Incorporación a un proyecto en crecimiento y con impacto real.Formación en datos, inteligencia artificial y técnicas de venta.Entorno flexible, colaborativo y con autonomía.Condiciones competitivas según experiencia y perfil (aprox. 30-35K + variables).Responsable business development internacional – Grupo eventoplus#J-18808-Ljbffr
