For the procurement organization we are currently looking for a
Procurement Process Analyst (m/f/d)
In this position, you will dive into the exciting world of our group procurement operations and become our process expert.
Possible locations are
- Murcia, Spain
This is what you can expect
- Drive the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process for the operational procurement team
- Work alongside the global P2P team for the local SAP S4/Hana rollout
- Develop standardized ways of working (WoW), record processes and keep all templates up to date
- Develop and update P2P working instructions and provide training for all end users
- Support and govern all procurement-related master data and accompany the migration efforts
- Analyze existing processes and systems for further potential of optimization with the goal to provide recommendations for continuous improvement projects
- Oversee and execute procurement transactions to assure effective, efficient, and timely delivery of procurement services
- Work cross-functionally with all areas of the company to ensure effective coordination of sourcing activities while ensuring that established processes are followed and compliance requirements are met
This is what you need to be successful in this role
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics/Supply Chain or a comparable field
- Professional experience in procurement operations
- Experience to work cross-functionally in a diverse team
- Having worked with ERP systems, SAP experience would be the cherry on top
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A natural sense for continious improvement
- Business fluent in English, German or Spanish would be a plus
