Joining Hero means becoming part of a mission-driven company that prioritizes sustainability, quality, and the well-being of both its employees and consumers.For the procurement organization we are currently looking for aProcurement Process Analyst (m/f/d)In this position, you will dive into the exciting world of our group procurement operations and become our process expert.Possible locations are- Murcia, SpainThis is what you can expectDrive the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process for the operational procurement teamWork alongside the global P2P team for the local SAP S4/Hana rolloutDevelop standardized ways of working (WoW), record processes and keep all templates up to dateDevelop and update P2P working instructions and provide training for all end usersSupport and govern all procurement-related master data and accompany the migration effortsAnalyze existing processes and systems for further potential of optimization with the goal to provide recommendations for continuous improvement projectsOversee and execute procurement transactions to assure effective, efficient, and timely delivery of procurement servicesWork cross-functionally with all areas of the company to ensure effective coordination of sourcing activities while ensuring that established processes are followed and compliance requirements are metThis is what you need to be successful in this roleDegree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics/Supply Chain or a comparable fieldProfessional experience in procurement operationsExperience to work cross-functionally in a diverse teamHaving worked with ERP systems, SAP experience would be the cherry on topStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsA natural sense for continious improvementBusiness fluent in English, German or Spanish would be a plusThis is what we offerAt our company, people come first: You are important.An honest, collaborative atmosphere and a positive outlook on the future shape our daily workPlenty of flexibility to shape and optimize the procurement processesAttractive compensation and benefitsWe are looking forward to hearing from youBy the way, just be yourself during the application process, as this helps us see if we are a good fit.
