En Excell, buscamos un/a Team Leader & Sales Coordinator con talento organizativo, visión comercial y pasión por la moda y el liderazgo de equipos, para incorporarse al equipo de una marca internacional de moda/lifestyle ubicada en ASTURIAS.Funciones principales: -Supervisar y motivar al equipo en su actividad diaria, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos y la alineación con las prioridades del área. -Dar seguimiento a proyectos y tareas, manteniendo actualizadas las listas de status, reportes e indicadores de desempeño. -Soporte a ventas y desarrollo comercial: seguimiento puntual de pedidos, atención a showrooms y clientes, coordinación de ferias y lanzamientos. -Preparar reportes semanales de actividad, resultados y evolución de KPIs. -Apoyar a gerencia y área de operaciones en la planificación de campañas, lanzamientos y eventos estratégicos. -Impulsar la prospección comercial activa (contacto con tiendas, incremento de ventas y oportunidades). Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:-Nivel alto de inglés, imprescindible por la dimensión internacional de la marca. -Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años en posiciones similares dentro del sector moda, retail o lifestyle brands. -Persona proactiva, resolutiva y con capacidad para liderar equipos, marcar objetivos y asegurar su cumplimiento. -Manejo de Excel / Google Sheets y herramientas de gestión y comercio electrónico, como Holded y Shopify. -Actitud comercial: persona orientada a resultados, con capacidad para abrir nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
