We are hypt, a young and striving Swiss Marketing Software (SaaS) company located in Bern and Valencia. As the first company worldwide we help businesses to boost sales by unlocking the real potential of word‑of‑mouth. Our company is following ambitious goals and plans to expand its market presence in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region and expand into the US market within three years. Responsibilities You work with the Product Managers and CTO to specify new web backend features You develop those features using Python3 and FastAPI You do code reviews and provide meaningful feedback You enjoy working with your team Requirements You live in the region of Valencia You have at least 3 years of Backend Development experience You are comfortable leaving your comfort zone to learn and grow in your role You love to write clean, structured, and well‑tested code You are fluent in Python3 You understand HTTP and how to build web APIs You speak English fluently Benefits 2nd Office in Switzerland – you can work a few days/weeks in our Swiss office if you are tired of Valencia's heat Hybrid work culture – you can decide where to work, but we meet physically at least once a week Office in a good area – located just a 5‑minute walk from Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias in one of the best areas of Valencia Amusing time – we dedicate approximately 1700 hours a year together as a team with fun activities (hypa hypa) Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full-time Job Function Information Technology Industries Software Development Are you “hypt” already and want to join our journey to grow an international success story together?
