Senior Backend Developer Join to apply for the Senior Backend Developer role at Otto Group one.O Overview We are looking for a Senior Software Developer for our Enabling Delivery Base team. The team develops applications for the delivery bases and is responsible for smooth scheduling. Responsibilities Working in an agile software development team. Exciting new technologies and a say in the solutions. Modern cloud infrastructures in AWS and GCP. You will be a sparring partner for technical decisions. Flexible working hours and the option to work from home. You will work with our colleagues in Germany (Dresden and Hamburg) and Spain. Qualifications You have successfully completed training in computer science or have a comparable qualification. You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a developer. You feel at home with Spring Boot, Kotlin and Kafka; you should also be familiar with React, TypeScript, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP and Docker. You have experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code; experience with Terraform is desirable. You have a structured way of working and the ability to think and act in a goal‑oriented manner. You enjoy teamwork and have strong communication skills. Profound experience with Java. Good English skills, written and spoken. Nice to have It would be a plus if you have already developed Android apps. Experience with MongoDB is desirable.
