PropHero – Partnership Manager – B2B2C (Real Estate Investment)PropHero is an AI & data‑powered platform simplifying property investment, backed by global VCs and founded by McKinsey Alumni.We are building a B2B2C distribution channel working with real estate agencies, brokers and commercial partners who sell PropHero’s investment opportunities directly to their own clients.How will you contribute to PropHero?Your mission is to build, manage and scale a high‑performing network of partners (real estate agencies, brokers, intermediaries) that commercialize PropHero’s investment products to end clients.In other words, you will ensure partners are signed, activated, enabled and successful , generating real deal flow and revenue.Partner Network BuilderIdentify, approach and onboard real estate agencies, brokers and commercial partners aligned with PropHero’s model.Structure win‑win partnership agreements focused on product distribution and sales , not just lead generation.Build long‑term relationships with partners, becoming their trusted point of contact at PropHero.Expand and scale the partner network in line with company growth objectives.Partner Activation & Sales EnablerOnboard and train partners on the PropHero methodology, products, and sales process.Provide partners with the right tools, materials and commercial arguments to sell confidently.Support partners throughout the full sales cycle: opportunity → client → transaction.Work closely with internal Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.Performance‑Driven Channel OwnerTrack and analyze partner performance (pipeline, conversions, closed deals).Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve partner productivity.Develop and nurture top‑performing partners, scaling what works.Continuously refine the B2B2C partnership model (incentives, processes, playbooks).What will make you succeed with us?3–5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Channel Sales or B2B2C roles .Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive revenue through partners .Experience working with real estate agencies, brokers or indirect sales channels is a strong plus.Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills; able to influence and negotiate effectively.Problem solver with a hands‑on attitude and strong ownership mentality.Growth mindset: eager to learn, improve processes and scale what works.Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.Fluent in English and Spanish.It will be a plusBackground in real estate, investment, fintech or proptech.Experience building a partnership channel from scratch.Familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking.Personal interest in property investment.What benefits can PropHero bring you?Flexible and remote‑friendly work environment.High‑impact role with direct influence on company growth and revenue.Opportunity to build and own a core strategic channel from the ground up.Strong learning and development culture.Collaborative, ambitious and international team.Real career growth in a fast‑scaling startup with global ambition.At PropHero, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace where diverse perspectives are welcomed and celebrated.
