HR Generalist

Fluidra is looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Barcelona. If you are looking for a hand‑on and strategic experience in a leading company you are in the right placeWhat you will contributeThe HR Generalist will report to the HRBP Director of the CPO division and will play a key role in supporting the CPO team across multiple HR areas including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance and HR administration.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & OnboardingManage recruitment processes for various roles.Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.Employee RelationsServe as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.Support conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.Performance ManagementAssist in implementing performance review cycles and development plans.Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement strategies.Training & DevelopmentCoordinate training sessions and track employee development initiatives.Identify skill gaps and recommend learning solutions.Compliance & HR AdministrationEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.HR ProjectsParticipate in HR initiatives such as engagement programs, diversity efforts and process improvements.What we seekBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.Strong knowledge of HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Experience working with multicultural and global teams.Spanish and English bilingual proficiency (for global collaboration).Hands‑on proactive positive attitude.What we offerInnovative and dynamic work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Hybrid with 3 days at the Sant Cugat office.About FluidraFluidra, a multinational group listed on the Spanish Stock Exchange, is the global leader in the pool and wellness industry.
