You will have full authorities to propose, install and maintain new innovative solutions to improve each DC components. Your force of proposals will keep the global datacentre at the cutting edge of the technology.You will be part of global datacenter team (Norway/France/Spain) to take in charge the full operational and good conditions of the virtualized systems (Linux and Microsoft), Kubernetes farm, with focus to manage value added services and corporate application to be in line with our SLA and security constraints.This position will be based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain or Toulouse, France.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and performing ongoing maintenance on servers' equipment.Building architecture system On‑Prem and/or AWS.Qualys Security Tool: Protecting company data by preventing external hacking and attacks.Running hardware diagnostics and replacing failing parts in a timely manner.Upgrading internal system components, including CPUs, memory, hard drives.SW/OS Troubleshooting: ability to propose workaround or fix.Documenting processes and keeping event logs.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience.Strong knowledge on Microsoft eco‑systems and Open Source World (Linux).Ideally certified AWS Solution Architect.Knowledge on Security Tool like Qualys or Tenable Nessus is a plus.Skills on VMware and Kubernetes appreciated.Take initiative and show curiosity and autonomy.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.A challenger mindset and an action‑oriented attitude.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Must be eligible to work in the EU and willing to work on‑site in Palma or Toulouse.We OfferFull‑time, permanent position with competitive salary.Hybrid model: possibility of two days per week of teleworking.Access to private health insurance from day one.Dynamic, multicultural environment with over 30 nationalities.Opportunity to work in an innovative company at the forefront of telecom and IT services.Professional Development: Access to training, conferences, and resources to enhance skills and knowledge.Benefits and PerksBreakfast, high‑quality daily lunch at a very low cost, fruit and snacks all day long.Every Thursday you will have a free lunch with your colleagues.Gym and game room at your disposal.Equal Opportunity EmploymentOmniAccess, as part of the Marlink Group, is an equal opportunity employer determined to build a diverse and inclusive workplace.
