Freelance position as Graphic Designer (m/f/d) Location : remote from Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Spain or Portugal Duration: Freelance Job brief We are looking for a Freelance Senior Designer with experience between 5 and 7 years, to produce digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of digital graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including prototypes, brochures, and product packaging. Ultimately, you will ensure the design team promotes our brand by delivering high-quality pieces on tight deadlines. Our ideal candidate needs to have the ability to work independently or as part of a team, take initiative, and be a detail-oriented and meticulous person. Responsibilities Develop design projects, from conception to delivery Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics Review corporate guidelines thoroughly and ensure their proper application and implementation across all design projects Apply typography techniques Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools Requirements Portfolio of completed design projects Ability to work independently or as part of a team Proficient in design software (e.g. Adobe Suite, Figma, and Google Web Designer) Anticipate customer needs and expectations, taking initiative Proven work experience as a Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role Experience in printing materials Hands‑on experience with digital campaigns (ads for social media and display ads) Hands‑on experience with image editing and manipulations Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g Premiere and After Effects) Experience working with branding Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to create beautiful pieces Attention to detail (Visual and others) Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team Ability to illustrate and copy illustration styles is a plus Proactive and resourcefulness BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field What we offer A freelance position with attractive compensation.
