Role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. As a Product Manager, you will shape Clarity’s product vision and strategy, ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs, determine the most impactful features to develop, drive the product roadmap, and coordinate all phases of the product life cycle — from discovery and experimentation to planning and release. Drive all phases of the product life cycle, manage the roadmap and requirements, track deadlines, and ensure smooth collaboration between squads (developers, data science, researchers) and stakeholders (business development, customer success, etc.). Data Analysis: Perform recurrent analysis on product usage and extract key insights for improvement. Analyze competitor landscape and stay updated on data and market trends in social impact and financial investment areas. Remote / Hybrid. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or advanced degree in Engineering, Statistics, Science, Mathematics, or Business. ~ Strong organization and project management skills. ~ Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1). ~ Professional experience in the financial services sector and in sustainability, social impact, and ESG research is a plus.
