Obviously, these things are not easy to present on paper – so, make sure to visit us to see it with your own eyesNow, we’ve talked a lot about ourselves – but we’d love to hear more about you.About Project The role focuses on the end-to-end design, configuration, and optimization of UKG Kronos workforce management solutions.You will work with Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions, covering timekeeping, scheduling, and accruals, while ensuring seamless integration with HR and payroll systems and stable system operations.You will be: Configure UKG Pro WFM pay policy and timekeeping rules.Integrate UKG/Kronos with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g. Workday).Develop and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces.Configure InTouch DX time clocks and access profiles.Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and company policies.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.Job requirements Your profile: 5+ years of experience with Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions.Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM configuration (timekeeping, accruals, pay policies).Solid knowledge of Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and system integrations.Strong knowledge of labor law compliance, overtime, and union rules.Experience configuring pay rules, rounding, scheduling policies, and persona-based access.Familiarity with operational environments (e.g., distribution centers, shift-based work).Nice to have: Experience in complex, high-volume operational environments.Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.CV review – HR Call – Interview I – Interview II – Decision#J-18808-Ljbffr
