Strada is a people, payroll, and technology leader simplifying international workforce management.Job Purpose The UKG Pro WFM Solution Senior Consultant is responsible for delivering expert-level consulting services in the implementation, optimization, and support of Workforce Management (WFM) solutions within the UKG Pro platform. This role ensures that clients achieve operational excellence through effective workforce planning, scheduling, and time management solutions tailored to their business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro WFM solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Provide expert guidance on best practices in workforce planning, time and attendance, scheduling, and labor compliance.Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and translate them into effective WFM solutions.Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client teams.Support presales activities including solution demonstrations, effort estimations, and proposal development.Troubleshoot complex issues and provide ongoing support and optimization recommendations.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.Stay current with UKG Pro product updates and industry trends in workforce management.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.5+ years of experience in WFM solution consulting.Strong understanding of workforce planning, time tracking, scheduling, and compliance requirements.Proven experience in leading client engagements and delivering complex WFM projects.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.Preferred QualificationsCertification in UKG Pro WFM.Experience in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, or healthcare.Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware).Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies.Benefits At Strada, we support your whole self—offering a range of benefits for your health, wellbeing, finances, and future.
