The job in brief: Job Title : Customer Service Representative – French and German Speaker Location : Madrid Working model : Hybrid from Madrid, Remote from Spain Team : You will join the Customer Service Team in the Post Sales department Level : Professional Contract : Permanent, full time (36 h/week) What your impact will be You will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience by handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats. As the primary point of contact, you will investigate, advise, and resolve both pre-sales and after-sales queries, ensuring efficient, single-contact resolution for our customer Qualifications Your expertise : Strong verbal and written communication skills in French or German and Spanish Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends At least one year of experience in Customer Support services. Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail Proactive team player Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude.
