Technical Product Manager - Producto API - métricas - scrum, agile - remoto (*A) BETWEEN TECHNOLOGY es una consultora multinacional con capacidades tecnológicas avanzadas en Ingeniería y TIC. Ampliamos nuestro equipo y buscamos un/a Product Manager especializado/a en producto API con amplia experiencia velando por la entrega continua del Software de valor a negocio. ¿Qué haré? Impulsar el producto y asegurar que su equipo aporte valor al negocio. Gestionar y negociar el roadmap con stakeholders de iniciativas propias y demandadas del producto. Definir la evolución de la API para satisfacer necesidades actuales y futuras. Gestionar el backlog, aplicar técnicas de priorización y medir el impacto de iniciativas. Comunicar y consensuar cambios de alcance en el roadmap con stakeholders. Trabajar con el equipo de desarrollo para resolver bloqueos y traducir necesidades en soluciones. Conducir descubrimiento con stakeholders y usuarios. Tus Funciones Comunicar con las partes interesadas y el equipo de desarrollo para alinear la visión con objetivos estratégicos. Crear hoja de ruta y visión estratégica. Definir métricas de producto y su uso en el proceso de desarrollo. Participar activamente en entornos Agile / Scrum. Experiencia en producto API, enfoque APIFirst. Experiencia en Agile / Scrum. Capacidad de tomar decisiones basada en datos. Habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
