The programme starts in September 2026 and is open to international candidates who are willing to relocate to Revolut tech hubs in the UK, UAE, Poland, Portugal, or Spain. About the role: The technology team is a driving force at Revolut, delivering backend, app, and product innovations that millions rely on. Programme scope: This is a multi-stage development track designed for recent graduates to contribute across the full feature lifecycle, with a bootcamp, on-the-job training, and collaborative, cross-functional work with product owners, designers, and customers for feature feedback. Join us from anywhere: The programme accepts international candidates and supports relocation to Revolut tech hubs as noted above. What You'll Be Doing Collaborate with product designers on new feature design and prototyping Contribute to the user experience design process from wireframes to implementation and release Work with designers and business stakeholders to define and implement elegant solutions Help define and maintain visual guidelines for consistency across the app Prototype new user interactions based on peer feedback Gain exposure to the Android SDK What You'll Need A portfolio of coding side projects or open source contributions Graduated university in 2024, 2025, or 2026 A 2:1 predicted or achieved grade (or above) University studies in computer science, maths, physics, or a similar field Proactive attitude and love of problem-solving Fluency in English Quick learner with an ambitious, results-driven personality Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work as part of a diverse, fast-paced team Full-time availability for the programme starting in September 2026 Other Information We encourage applications from diverse backgrounds to join our multicultural, hardworking team.
