As part of our team, you will have opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Position Summary :As a Business Development Representative, your main responsibility will be to identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential German-speaking clients and presenting our technology solutions. You will be the first point of contact for new prospects and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that leads are qualified and smoothly transitioned into the sales pipeline.This hybrid role offers flexibility to work both remotely and onsite in Barcelona. The company will provide all necessary tools and resources, including a laptop and software. Identify key decision-makers, qualify leads, and create new business opportunities.Consultative Sales Approach : Take a consultative approach to understand the needs of potential clients and offer technology solutions that meet those needs. Provide initial insights and assessments to show how our products can help them achieve their goals.Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at potential client companies, including C-level executives. Build trust and establish long-term relationships.Market & Competitor Analysis : Stay informed on trends in the German-speaking market and the broader technology industry. Use this knowledge to tailor your sales approach and identify new business opportunities. Keep an eye on competitor activities and adapt your strategies accordingly.Collaboration with Sales Teams : Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and
