This pivotal leadership role is responsible for the strategic ownership and operational governance of specific, high‑impact business areas. Responsibilities Strategic performance ownership: Own the P&L performance, budget and contribute to the strategic direction for your assigned business scope. Operational execution & process: Lead the application of operational processes for your area, including bid management, target adjustments and campaign optimizations. Analytical drive & detail: Translate high‑level guidance into detailed actions. Use deep analytical skills to identify new opportunities and the need for optimization. Team leadership & development: Lead, mentor and develop team members assigned to your scope. Innovation & excellence: Proactively identify automation potential and ensure the highest level of Ads excellence and overall operational quality within your area. Strategic alignment: Collaborate with broader leadership team to ensure execution standards remain consistent and aligned with overall program objectives. Qualifications Proven team leadership: Experience in a team lead or operational management role. Stakeholder management & communication: Exceptional communication skills to articulate plans to team members and senior management. Strong PPC foundation: Solid experience with large‑scale PPC management and trading. Ownership & dedication: Dedicated to end‑to‑end operational quality, process integrity and business outcomes.
