We need someone to build our lifecycle marketing infrastructure from scratch – creating systematic, scalable campaigns that drive member adoption, engagement, and loyalty across our growing customer base.This isn't about one‑off email campaigns. It's about building the foundation for how we activate members at scale, unlock upsell opportunities, and create engagement loops that keep members healthy and happy for years.If you're excited by the Produt Marketing (Lifecycle) role ⭐️You Will Have 3 Main Missions1/ Build scalable member activation programsYou will be responsible for systematically driving member enrollment and early engagement by:Creating automated onboarding journeys for new companies launching with Alan (email, SMS, push, in‑app)Designing and running live activation campaigns (webinars, virtual onboarding sessions) and in‑office activation initiatives to drive enrollment at scaleBuilding enrollment campaigns for existing accounts to increase adoption ratesDesigning multi‑channel activation sequences tailored to different company types, contribution models, and member segmentsCollaborating with Sales to optimize enrollment mechanics and maximize sign‑up rates across all accountsDeveloping Spain‑specific messaging and content that resonates with the local market and positions Alan effectively against traditional insurersWhat success looks like:Scalable, repeatable activation programs that systematically improve enrollment rates and member engagement across our entire customer base – not just a few accounts.2/ Unlock monetization and strengthen retentionYou will be responsible for building lifecycle programs that drive revenue and loyalty by:Designing and executing upsell campaigns (Flex plan upgrades, add‑ons, enhanced coverage)Creating engagement campaigns that keep members active and reduce churn riskBuilding segmented programs based on member behavior, health journey stage, and engagement signalsIdentifying opportunities to drive additional value through cross‑sell and product adoptionEstablishing frameworks to measure and improve member lifetime value and retention metricsWhat success looks like:Systematic monetization and retention programs that are live, measurable, and showing clear impact on business outcomes and member satisfaction.3/ Own the technical infrastructure and optimize continuouslyYou will own the technical set‑up, execution, and optimization of all lifecycle campaigns by:Building audiences, triggers, and campaign logic in Customer.io (or similar platforms) independentlySetting up A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to continuously improve performanceAnalyzing funnel drop‑offs, cohort behavior, and campaign metrics to identify optimization opportunitiesCreating dashboards and reporting to track post‑sale funnel health and campaign effectivenessTroubleshooting technical issues and iterating rapidly based on data signalsWhat success looks like:Campaigns are technically robust, data‑informed, continuously optimized, and you have full visibility into what's working and what needs improvement.⭐️ You may be a great fit if you have ⭐️Must‑haves:B2B2C marketing experience: You understand how to market to both decision‑makers (HR/admins) AND end‑users (employees/members) and navigate the unique dynamics this createsMarketing automation mastery: Hands‑on experience building campaigns in Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, or similar tools – you can independently create audiences, triggers, campaign logic, and troubleshoot issuesData‑driven mindset: You naturally identify drop‑offs, design A/B tests, analyze cohorts, and make decisions grounded in data rather than intuition aloneStrategic lifecycle thinking: You think in terms of cohesive member journeys across activation → engagement → monetization → retention, not just isolated campaignsMulti‑channel orchestration: You've coordinated email, SMS, push notifications, in‑app messaging, webinars, and live/in‑person activations in sequenced campaignsCreative execution: You can write compelling copy and create simple visual assets in Figma/Canva without always relying on designersGrowth obsession: You care deeply about activation rates, conversion metrics, retention, lifetime value, and tangible business impactTechnical autonomy: You build, launch, and optimize campaigns end‑to‑end without constant support from engineers or ops teamsSpanish fluency: Native or fully fluent – you'll be creating Spanish‑language marketing content dailyNice‑to‑haves:Experience in healthtech, insurtech, fintech, benefits
