Prepare and manage export documentation in compliance with regulations. Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. Track and trace shipments, providing updates and proactive solutions. Maintain accurate records in Expeditors' systems. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Transcon department. Meet compliance at all times with internal and external regulations in accordance with government requirements. Understand department process flow and seek best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Ensure all customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are in place and updated in the DLSOP system. Meet KPI standards in accordance with the company's procedures. RequisitosQualifications: Experience in logistics, transportation, or export operations required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Requirements: Studies: Logistics and transport, or related. A command of and previous experience in Customer Service. Fluency in English and Spanish. Computer skills for the use of Microsoft Office package (Intermediate Level). Willingness to learn. Proactive person.
