The individual will be responsible for managing and supervising accounting operations, ensuring compliance with current Spanish regulations, and assisting in the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports. Advanced English proficiency is required for communication with international teams and clients. Key Responsibilities Oversee and record daily accounting transactions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with Spanish fiscal and accounting regulations. Prepare tax declarations and required documentation. Collaborate with external auditors during audits. Participate in process improvement and automation projects. Advise the team and management on accounting and tax matters in English as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Accounting experience, preferably in international environments. Advanced proficiency in English (both oral and written). Additional language skills (Portuguese preferred) will be considered an advantage. In-depth knowledge of Spanish fiscal and accounting regulations. Experience with ERP and accounting software (SAP, Navision, etc.). Analytical skills, attention to detail, and team collaboration abilities. Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented.
