Avincis is Europe’s leading Aerial Emergency Services operator, providing critical emergency services with a fleet of more than 220 aircraft and a team of over 2400 professionals.Join us and be part of a mission to protect lives, safeguard communities, and make a positive impact.Reporting to the Group Chief Safety Officer, the ESG Administrator supports the organization’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy through the coordination, tracking, and reporting of ESG data and initiatives.This role ensures accurate data management, facilitates compliance with relevant regulations and frameworks, and assists with stakeholder communications and project support to drive continuous ESG performance improvement.The selected person may be based in any of our offices across the countries where Avincis has a presence (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Sweden, Finland or Norway), subject to operational needs and applicable legal requirements.MAIN RESPONSABILITIESESG Data Management & ReportingCollect, validate, and manage ESG-related data across environmental, social, and governance domains across all areas of the Group.Maintain data records for reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, SASB, CSRD, SFDR).Support preparation of ESG disclosures, internal reports, and external sustainability communications.Compliance & DocumentationTrack ESG-related legislation and compliance requirements.Maintain document control for ESG policies, procedures, and audit materials.Support preparation of evidence for ESG audits and assurance processes.Project SupportCoordinate ESG projects such as energy efficiency programs or supply chain assessments.Support the delivery of ESG training and awareness sessions across the organization.Liaise with internal departments to gather information and progress ESG action plans.Stakeholder EngagementSupport stakeholder communications, including responses to ESG questionnaires and investor queries.Help develop ESG content for abord reports, internal newsletters, intranet, or social media.Organise ESG-related meetings, workshops, and events.Administrative DutiesSchedule ESG-related meetings and maintain project calendars.Maintain the ESG risk register and action tracking system.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSCertificate or diploma in environmental science, sustainability, business administration, or a related field (desirable).Experience supporting sustainability or ESG functions in a large corporate setting.Experience in data management and administrative activities, related experience in ESG.CORE CAPABILITIESStrong data management and administrative skills.High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards.Pro-active, adaptable self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Strong organizational and time management skills.Effective communication skills.Integrity and respect for confidentiality.Proficiency in Power BI (desirable).Familiarity with ESG software or data platforms (desirable).Why Avincis?Avincis boasts decades of experience in providing aerial emergency services, making us a leading force in the industry.
