Keep reading How you will shape Prophero: Onboard clients to PropHero, providing them with information on the PropHero methodology and understanding their investment objectives. Communicate regularly with clients via instant chat, email, and/or phone/video calls, resolving queries promptly and proactively. Conduct property market analysis using the PropHero methodology, presenting opportunities and supporting clients in their decision-making process. Refine and document the PropHero client success methodology to scale the process and ensure operational excellence. Collaborate with the supply team to prioritize and refine property searches to match client objectives and increase closure probability. What you will bring to our team: Experience: 3+ years in a client-facing or client service role with a strong track record of delivering excellent outcomes and experiences. Demonstrated ability to establish trust, adapt to diverse client contexts, and support investment objectives.Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred). General Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build credibility and rapport with clients. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and adapt quickly. Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail and an ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. Proactivity, autonomy, and a growth mindset, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Optimism, enthusiasm, and passion for achieving new challenges and driving business impact.
