Sobre MuppyEn Muppy ayudamos a personas a invertir de forma profesional en inmobiliario, con una visión estratégica, acompañamiento 1 a 1 y control completo del proceso.Somos una plataforma de inversión inmobiliaria end-to-end: analizamos el mercado, captamos oportunidades, acompañamos al inversor en la compra y gestionamos el activo durante todo su ciclo de vida.Nuestro objetivo no es vender inmuebles, sino construir patrimonio a medio y largo plazo para nuestros clientes, actuando como su equipo inmobiliario de confianza.Somos una Proptech y estamos en un momento clave de crecimiento, hasta ahora ya hemos levantado más de 3M€ en rondas de inversión, que han empujado nuestro desarrollo y actualmente sumamos en equipo de más de 40 personas entre las oficinas de Madrid y Valencia.El rolBuscamos un/a Property Advisor que combine venta consultiva y visión patrimonial.Tu misión será acompañar a potenciales inversores desde la primera conversación estratégica hasta la ejecución de su inversión inmobiliaria, ayudándoles a definir su estrategia y presentándoles oportunidades alineadas con su perfil, ticket y objetivos.No es un rol de venta agresiva ni de volumen. Es un rol de confianza, análisis y acompañamiento, donde la relación con el cliente y la calidad de la recomendación son clave.¿Qué harás en tu día a día?Gestionar leads cualificados interesados en invertir en inmobiliario.Mantener conversaciones consultivas para entender el perfil, objetivos y horizonte de inversión de cada cliente.Presentar el Plan Personalizado de Muppy y acompañar al cliente en su contratación.Compartir oportunidades de inversión filtradas por el equipo de Real Estate, ajustadas a cada perfil inversor.Acompañar al cliente durante todo el proceso: análisis, decisión y ejecución.Trabajar de forma coordinada con los equipos de Real Estate y Marketing.Registrar y dar seguimiento a tu actividad en CRM.¿Qué buscamos?Experiencia en venta consultiva o asesoramiento en Real EstateCapacidad para explicar conceptos financieros e inmobiliarios de forma clara y rigurosa.Perfil analítico, empático y orientado a relaciones de largo plazo.Seguridad en la comunicación y habilidad para generar confianza.Interés real por el mundo de la inversión inmobiliaria.Comodidad con herramientas digitales (CRM, videollamadas, entornos online).¿Por qué unirte a Muppy?Formar parte del crecimiento de una plataforma de inversión inmobiliaria en plena expansión.Rol clave y visible dentro del área de inversión.Leads cualificados y proceso definido.Formación continua en inversión inmobiliaria y venta consultiva.Cultura exigente, pero cercana, con foco en calidad y largo plazo.¿Qué ofrecemos?Contrato indefinido.Salario fijo + variable.Retribución flexible.Plan de desarrollo interno.Entorno digital, flexible y orientado a resultados.Buen ambiente y equipo comprometido (de verdad).ConócenosWeb: https://www.muppy.com/es/investInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/muppy.inversiones/
